Tracking workout progress has been simplified:
- After each exercise session, whether at the gym or at home, navigate to the Workout Tracker.
- Tap the '+' button to add a new record.
- Select your exercise from the comprehensive list (custom exercises can be added at any time).
- Enter the number of repetitions, sets, duration, and weight.
The information is immediately saved, allowing you to monitor your progress and achieve your fitness objectives effectively.
Training days can be easily viewed in the calendar as well as in the statistics tab, providing a clear overview of your consistency and progress.
